縁を紡ぎ、次代を創る――オフィス山雄の1年

2025年も残すところあと僅かとなりました。

本年は多大なるご支援とご厚情を賜り、心より感謝申し上げます。

私にとって2025年は、まさに「地域と世界を繋ぐ」1年でした。

1月のベトナム出張を皮切りに、国内では能代市・豊田市・長岡市・福島市・横須賀市・仙台市・松戸市と、多くの自治体を訪問させていただきました。各地で、地域社会を支える柱となる優秀な外国人人材の育成、そして彼らが輝ける場所の創出に奔走した日々は、非常に意義深いものでした。

海外へも足繁く通い、ベトナム、インドネシア、カンボジア、シンガポール、マレーシア、そしてグアムと、アジア・オセアニア圏を駆け巡る「出張三昧」の1年でもありました。

こうした仕事への挑戦の一方で、私生活では親の介護という新たな出来事も始まりました。

オフィス山雄を立ち上げ、今日まで歩んでまいりましたが、この1年を通じて改めて痛感したのは「一人では成し遂げられない」という真理でした。2025年は、志を同じくする大切な「仲間」を探し、繋がるための1年であったと感じております。

支えてくださった皆様、そして共に歩んでくださった皆様、本当にありがとうございました。

来年も、新たな素敵な出会いと巡り合わせを大切に、一歩ずつ進んでまいります。

As 2025 draws to a close, I would like to express my sincere gratitude for your continued support and partnership.

For me, 2025 was truly a year of "bridging regions and the world." Starting with a business trip to Vietnam in January, I visited numerous municipalities across Japan, including Noshiro, Toyota, Nagaoka, Fukushima, Yokosuka, Sendai, and Matsudo. It has been a profound privilege to contribute to the development of talented international human resources and to create opportunities for them to thrive within these local communities.

My work also took me frequently across borders to Vietnam, Indonesia, Cambodia, Singapore, Malaysia, and Guam. While immersed in these international projects, I am also embracing new personal responsibilities, such as the beginning of caregiving for my parents.

Although I founded Office Yamayu on my own, this year has reinforced a vital lesson: "Nothing great is ever achieved alone." Looking back, 2025 was a year dedicated to seeking out and connecting with like-minded partners who share a vision for the future.

I am deeply grateful to everyone who supported me and walked alongside me this year. I look forward to the wonderful new encounters that the coming year will bring.
